People Operations Apprentice (GWI)

Providing operational support throughout the recruitment process and maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse). Effectively communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule interviews. Managing onboarding for new hires, from creating and sending paperwork and welcome packs, to coordinating their first weeks alongside our Workspace and IT teams. Running our Buddy Program, making sure every new GWIer has a great start. Supporting employees with benefit queries and updating benefit plans. Tracking probation periods and handling questions about the settling-in process. Raising and managing purchase orders related to Talent and People Operations. Updating candidate and employee records across our tools to ensure our reporting is always up to date and accurate. Keeping the information on our intranet up-to-date, helpful, and on brand. Ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience throughout every connection.

Training:

BPP apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry-experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
