Early years educator Level 3 apprenticeship

Our apprentices are a full part of our team and will take on a full role of a practitioner once they have completed their induction training No day is ever the same, and we work with a view to having fun and making each day count. You will be involved in all aspects of Early Years care Our apprentices will be trained in all areas of being an Early Years practitioner, from heath and safety, intimate care, safeguarding and SEND to completing paperwork, messy and fun activities and parent interaction

Training:
You will be working towards a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification First Aid qualification and full safeguarding training along with access to many online courses All training will be done in on the job or by virtual training sessions during working hours Some written work will need to be completed at home out of working hours

Training Outcome:
You would become a full Early Year Practitioner/Educator Level 4 in Early Years or Foundation degree if desired You could, with some post-qualifying experience, become a room leader

Employer Description:
We are a private day nursery, preschool and out of school club attached to a local primary school. We are a 90 place nursery with currently over 240 children registered We have 5 dedicated play rooms and a team of 25 staff We provide uniform for all staff members.

Working Hours :
We are open from 7.45am - 6.15pm, Monday - Friday. Shifts to be confirmed.
