Reservations Agent - Business Admin Apprenticeship

Provide support to customers and clients with making and managing their bookings Carry out daily tasks to ensure that all guests have a smooth experience before their stay Support colleagues in the Properties; Finance, and Sales teams

Training:
All of your training will be completed within the workplace. You will be working towards the Level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship qualification All apprentices will be required to work on maths and English as part of their personal development

Training Outcome:

Option to continue working after the apprenticeship.

Upon completion of this standard you will be able to progress to a level 3 apprenticeship, Hospitality Supervisor is a natural next step.

Marlin operates a premium collection of Serviced Apartments, Hotels, and Aparthotels across central London and Dublin.

Working Hours :
5x 8 hour shifts per week. Shift Times: 9am-5.30pm or 9.30am to 5pm
