Property Maintenance Apprentice

Reading and understanding property surveys. Preparing the areas for completion of work. Converting garages and conservatories with installation of windows and doors included. Installation of kitchens and bathrooms. Health and safety. Any other duties in line with the business needs.

Training:

This programme is delivered via a day release delivery model, which means that one day per week, your attendance is required at our Construction Campus (NG17). This attendance is required during term time only.

You will work with expert assessors and tutors to develop new knowledge, skills and behaviours within the profession.

You will experience a blended learning model.

Training Outcome:

The appointment to a full-time permanent position upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 16:30.
