IT Apprenticeship

Acting as first point of contact for client issues (support tickets) via email, phone and in person Capturing and recording information required in order to correctly prioritise tickets Resolving technical tickets both at supported schools and remotely Escalate tickets to next line within the SLAs Communicating ticket progress with customer contact Advise and adhere to recommended security guidelines Achieving training goals set by your line manager in your Personal Development Plan Update and maintain documentation

Training:
Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team

Training Outcome:
Progress opportunities available upon completion of the apprenticeship
