Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship at Halley Primary School
Helping children in their daily lessons. Supporting the teachers. Attending to first aid issues. Managing pupils at playtimes and lunchtimes. Supporting children to move around the school site well.
Specific requirements:
We are looking for an apprentice who is kind and considerate, as well as being good team players, who are willing to work with others. A good basic academic standard of English and maths is also needed. Good computing and strong communication skills are also required.Training:
The successful candidate will obtain a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship standard qualification. This will include Functional Skills if required.
Training Outcome:
Potential full-time employment for the right candidate upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday and Tuesday 8:30am – 3:30pm, Wednesday 8:30am – 4:30pm, Thursday 8:30am – 4pm and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break
