Business Administrator - Apprentice
Provide administrative support to departments including HR, finance, and operations
Assist with handling emails, phone calls, and other correspondence
Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and prepare documents
Process Purchase Orders and Sales Orders via basic financial administration
Support logistical tasks and internal communications
Manage office supplies and support general office duties
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
Training:
Business Administrator Level 3
Training will take place at work
Training will be once per month in a block
Training Outcome:
Permanent full-time position as Business Administrator.
