The Role: As a Sales / Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients with their property needs, be it buying, selling, or renting. Responsibilities: ? Facilitate property viewings for prospective buyers or tenants. ? Mediate offers between buyers / tenants and sellers / landlords. ? Aid in creating property listings, encompassing photography and descriptive writing. ? Deliver outstanding customer service during sales / letting procedures. ? Collaborate with team members for seamless transactions. ? Stay informed about market trends and property valuations. ? Participate in networking events to foster client relationships. Requirements: ? Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator, Lettings Negotiator or in a similar role. ? Previous sales and lettings experience. ?
