Development Solicitor

Full-service, international law firm looking to recruit an experienced Development Solicitor to join their Birmingham offices.

As a Development Solicitor, you will be advising clients on development and regeneration projects.

Other day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Title investigations
Running your own caseload of acquisitions and disposals, landlord and developer issues, Construction matters and Residential/Commercial Property issues
Building and maintaining relationships with clients
Work closely with Partners to support and eventually lead on the negotiation of conditional contracts and land acquisitions

The successful candidate will ideally have 6+ years PQE, is able to demonstrate excellent client care, organisational and communication skills, and wants to work as part of a fully integrated team.
