The Role:
They’re looking for a strong No.2 – someone confident running a large, fast-paced operation and keeping a close eye on service, standards and the team. Ideally, you’re already at GM level or very close, and ready to step into a business that gets what good leadership looks like.

Culture is key here. The team, the guest experience, the energy on the floor – that matters just as much as the numbers. If you’re someone who values people, knows how to build a strong culture, and leads by example, you’ll fit in well.

What You’ll Need:

Experience at senior level within quality branded or independent restaurantsConfident managing big teams in high-volume sites (£150k+ turnover)A background in fresh food and bar operationsStrong financial understanding and people management skillsResilient, positive and solutions-focusedLondon experience essentialBonus if you’ve got serious flag ship experience
