Senior Project Manager - IT Services/Change
Polar Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of a market leading IT Services client for a Senior Project Manager - IT Services/Change to lead change projects across group functions (HR, Finance, Legal, IT).


The Senior Project Manager - IT Services/Change will have experience delivering major ERP or enterprise application (e.g., SAP, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Salesforce etc.) change projects, ideally gained within an IT Services environment.
The successful candidate will also ideally be familiar with middleware software and service integration implementations, and will have a strong understanding of business processes, to drive the definition of required changes and technical deliverables.
This role is flexible in terms of base location as remote/WFH (Working from Home) is available on a hybrid basis.

Senior Project Manager - IT Services/Change responsibilities:

Lead major change initiatives, to deliver consistent and sustainable business system change across the Group.
Managing service development / change projects assigned, including people, tools, processes and adoption, driving business outcomes and benefits.
Manage project resources, quality, financials, dependencies, key risks and issues.
Define and drive best practice
Deliver smooth service implementation through development of relationships, operational enablement and incubation.
Liaison and alignment with all business units/operational delivery organisations in developing the service.
Manage relationships with key Business stakeholders and leadership, partners and other third parties.


Senior Project Manager - IT Services/Change skills & experience

Previous experience in a similar role, delivering business technology change and integration projects, ideally in an enterprise IT Services environment
Experience of successfully delivering ERP or enterprise application (e.g., SAP, BMC Remedy, ServiceNow, Salesforce etc.) change projects
Excellent understanding of business processes.
Thorough understanding of delivery methodologies.
Project/Change Management certification desirable.
Demonstrable experience in managing and negotiating with senior stakeholders.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Full Driving Licence and willing to travel to company offices as required, occasionally in Europe
