The Role:

We are working with a fantastic, growing hospitality group to recruit an enthusiastic and hands-on Assistant General Manager for a small and cosy restaurant/bar in Spitalfields. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong Assistant Manager or existing AGM looking to take the next step in their career. The venue has a relaxed, welcoming feel and is part of a wider group with multiple sites across London, offering genuine progression into a General Manager role in the near future.

Experience as an Assistant Manager or AGM in hospitalityA hands-on operator who leads by exampleStrong focus on guest experience and team cultureConfidence supporting the GM with day-to-day operationsP&L and stock control knowledge preferredAmbitious, reliable, and eager to grow with the business
