We’re working with a trailblazing, experience-focused brand known for pushing boundaries across hospitality, entertainment, and social gaming. With two immersive venues in London, they’re redefining what a night out looks like combining cutting-edge games, high-energy bars, and outstanding guest service. 

They’re now on the lookout for an exceptional General Manager to lead the team at their flagship site near Green Park. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact role with a growing brand, backed by a top-tier Operations Director who will mentor and support you. 

What you'll be doing: 

Leading from the front driving energy, culture, and performance across a buzzing team  Owning the full guest experience across gaming, bar, and events  Driving commercial success in a high-volume, wet-led environment  Inspiring and developing a talented management team (with strong MGM support beneath you)  Championing innovation whether it's new tech, smarter service models, or creative guest offers 

What we're looking for: 

A charismatic, agile leader from a fast-paced hospitality or leisure background  Someone who thrives in independent, entrepreneurial environments  Strong commercial awareness and confident in managing large teams  Experience in high-volume bars, late-night venues, or experiential concepts  Passion for creating unforgettable guest moments and not afraid to break the mould
