The Role:

As a Registered Manager, you will be leading and managing a team to deliver excellent care and support.


? Conducting routine meetings, supervisions, and probationary reviews.
? Implementing and adhering to the Statement of Purpose for the service.
? Working in partnership with professionals to achieve optimal outcomes for young people.
? Offering supervision and support to senior staff.
? Attending childcare reviews and planning meetings.
? Undertaking direct work with young people.
? Developing systems for young people to provide feedback on care quality.
? Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.


? Previous experience working in a similar role.
? Ideally have 1 year of experience as a Registered Childrens Home Manager.
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & management in a Residential Childcare setting.
? Certified Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Residential Childcare or equivalent qualification.
? Background in leading and supervising a team.
? Good grade in recent Ofsted Inspections.
? Valid UK driving licence.
