Medical Sales Specialist - Neonatal/Enteral

25% of your time in this fantastic role will be spent selling the company's leading range of neonatal vascular access devices into Neonatal Intensive Care and Specialist Baby Care Units, working with Consultants and Specialist Nurses.

This is a very clinician led sell, with Hospital Procurement guided by the choice of the clinician.

With a high market share, this is a true account management role.

The other 75% of the time involves selling a portfolio of enteral feeding devices across a variety of Wards, ITU/CCU and to Adult Nutrition Teams out in the Community.

With exceptional sales growth potential, this part of the job will key into your new business development skills and expertise.

An interesting aspect to this role is the emotional intelligence you will display in terms of adapting your approach to a wide variety of clinicians, each with a different requirement.

Interventional Radiologists, Radiographers, Paediatricians, GI Surgeons, Head & Neck Cancer Specialists, Nutritionists and a variety of specialist Nursing staff all make up your list of key customers.

No day is ever the same in this role! Your skill and experience will lie in establishing customer relationships, the depth of which allow you to essentially become a part of the clinical team.

With a supportive manager who hates micro-management, this is a role that should really appeal to an experienced medical sales Territory Manager.
