I have an exciting new opportunity for a dynamic 2-4 years PQE Solicitor or Fee Earner with Police Station Representative Accreditation to join this prestigious Business Crime & Regulatory team in Manchester.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Qualifications: Solicitor with 2-4 years PQE, or CILEX/Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
- Essential Credentials: Police Station Representative Accreditation, full clean driving licence, and access to a vehicle.
- Core Competencies:
- Deep knowledge of criminal law, practices, and procedures including PACE.
- Proficient in advising at police stations and preparing cases for all court levels.
- Advocacy skills for court appearances in criminal or regulatory matters (excluding higher rights).
- Expertise in determining the need for experts, agents, or counsel.
- Understanding of Legal Aid Agency Franchise requirements.
- Experience in police misconduct or professional regulatory matters is a plus (training available).
