Project Coordinator

Support Desk Co-ordinator required in City of London up to £40k Reporting to the Support Desk Manager the Support Desk Co-ordinator is responsible for the effective allocation and management of incidents to field engineers, including the efficient use of logistical and field engineering resource. The SDC is also responsible for maintaining customer awareness and progress of nominated Incidents. The SDC must be highly organised to manage their workload, have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a similar role and b eflexible in their approach to existing working processes. Accountabilities Performance Indicators Part Per Call Targets Maintaining Customer awareness of Incident progress • Ongoing feedback to the Tasking of Field Engineers • Effective Allocation of Fault Calls to Field • Engineers within a pre-defined geographic • area. • Re-adjustment of Field Engineer work to meet • both Service Levels and customer • commitments. • Effective Allocation and adjustment of Field • Engineer workloads contributes to • improved Service Levels and Customer • Satisfaction • Effective Allocation improves Utilisation of • Field Engineers and limits budgetary • expenditure. • Parts Ordering • Effective utilisation of Logistics resources to • meet cost targets • Efficient Parts Ordering reduces Logistics • Expenditure and contributes to achieving customer both internally and externally via voice and system updates to manage customer expectations • Network Cabling • Motorola / Cisco Access Points • LG / Philips Screens • HIK Vision hardware including DVR • Samsung / iPad • Clarity Brickstream / Aurora / Xovis • Tills / Ped / C&P • Ethernet / Telephone / Co-axial Apply today for more information!
