The Hotel:

86 bedrooms, part of an iconic hotel group in the UK.Award-winning Cotswolds location with seasonal, produce-driven menus48-hour contract (rota includes weekends)

The Ideal Senior Sous Chef:

Proven experience in 5* hotels or high-end restaurantsStrong leadership – can deputise for Head Chef and mentor junior staffObsessed with quality, waste control, and kitchen efficiencyThrives under pressure in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
