Overall budget responsibility for products. Generate drawings using 3D CAD systems. Liaising with customers on specifications and requirements. Liaising with other departments within the company to move designs to production. Creating technical documents and manuals for products. Benefits of the Design Engineer £40,000 - £55,000 DOE 25 Days annual leave + Bank holidays Pension The Ideal Person for the Design Engineer Mechanical Engineering Degree or similar. Ideally a background in Hydraulics but can consider pneumatic / machine builder backgrounds. Experience with budgetary responsibility of projects. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
