General Manager – Greenville, SC – Up to $190k + Bonus and Benefits

Our client is a luxury boutique hotel, known as the ultimate escape for nature lovers and relaxion seekers, due to the hotel’s amenities and their surroundings. We're on the hunt for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager who's passionate about hospitality, thrives on delivering results, and loves creating unique guest experiences.

The Role 

Encourage a supportive and dynamic work environment.Maintain a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.Oversee all aspects of associate management, including strategic recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training and development and performance management.Provide strong leadership and hands-on management of all hotel departments.Responsible for managing hotel and departmental budgets.

What they are looking for: 

Proven experience in a similar role within a luxury hotelPassion for delivering unique and special guest experiencesSolid knowledge of NOI, budgeting, and financial performance metrics. Proficient in computer systems; experience with hotel management software preferred.
