Receptionist/Administrator


We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrator to join this very progressive small company where full training and opportunities will be given.

The role will be supporting the finance team with administration whilst being front of house, answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors.

Main responsibilities of the Receptionist/Administrator

Dealing with visitors, including issuing keys, meeting rooms, arranging catering, transport
Answering phones and connecting with the right people
Managing post/deliveries
Producing, franking and posting letters
Data Entry
Electronic filing, setting up folders
Managing group inboxes
Commercial Tenancy Admin
Note taking

Skills/Attributes required for the Receptionist/Administrator

Customer service skills
Keen to learn with strong communication skills & confident telephone manner
IT literate with good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
A flexible, enthusiastic approach to teamwork and the ability to deal with a fast-paced environment
Due to location, you will need to drive
