We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and Communications Manager to drive our club's growth and enhance its brand reputation through strategic marketing initiatives and effective communication strategies. This role is vital in generating leads, attracting new members, retaining existing ones, and fostering community engagement.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field; or proven experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO. Experience in line management and team development. Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices. Proficiency in social media management platforms, website CMS, and email marketing software. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise digital initiatives. Creative thinker with innovative digital engagement strategies. Experience in managing third-party software and integrations.
