Job Description
This company is seeking a skilled and experienced Community Nurse to work on a temporary agency contract within NHS Worcester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering evidence-based care to patients within their home environment who have complex needs.

As a Community Nurse, you will work closely with specialist nurses, GPs, therapists and social work teams to provide collaborative support to patients and their families, and prevent avoidable hospital admissions.

Requirements

Valid NMC registration
Previous experience as a Community Nurse
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A car and driving licence is essential for this role
