A specialist, Outstanding rated, Children Residential School require Teaching Assistants to join their team in Chester.

About the company

My client is the only Outstanding specilaist Residential School with experience providing personalised support for children and young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behaviours.

About you

You will have an empathic understanding of the nature of the task, and an ability to communicate effectively with Parents, young people, work colleagues and outside stakeholders.

You must also have proven skills of communication with children and young people in the care system.

What you will receive
