Deputy Manager

A large, Outstanding rated, Children provider require a Deputy Manager to join their leadership team for their North region.

About the company

My client has a extremely strong senior management team with over 50 years combined experience supporting children and young adults. They are looking for a Registered Manager, overseeing an amazing provision in Staffordshire, for Children with childhood trauma.

About you

You will have an empathic understanding of the nature of the task, and an ability to communicate effectively with Parents, young people, social work colleagues within the agency and local authorities.

You must also have proven skills of communication with children and young people in the care system.
