Salary: $80,000 - $90,000

Our client is a growing restaurant group that is known for its unique atmosphere, inventive menus, and acclaimed cocktail programs. They are expanding and are seeking a Head Chef to be part of their growing team and lead the culinary operations at one of their concepts.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and cleanliness.Supervise and participate in food preparation and presentation.Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff.Manage inventory and order supplies.Control food costs and manage the kitchen budget.Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.Gather feedback and address customer concerns.Maintain accurate records of inventory and operations.Stay updated on culinary trends and techniques.

Key Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience as a head chef or similar roleLeadership and team management abilities.In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Proficiency in managing budgets and controlling costs.Genuine passion for cooking and culinary innovation.
