I am looking for a driven individual with sales and business development experience with hotels or aparthotels.

As Sales Executive you will oversee the sites based in Lancashire and Scotland.

Growing the corporate client account listLook after existing clientsArrange FAM trips and visit trade showsReport directly to the Director of SalesMonitor market trendsCreate sales presentations and negotiate contractsReview rates
The successful candidate
Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality or travelBusiness development experienceKnowledge of mobility or relocation agentsHave a can-do attitude and be willing to go the extra mileStrategic thinkingFantastic communication skillsA high level of customer service skills
