Handyperson – Maidenhead, West London - Temporary - FM Service Provider - £19 per hour Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider based in Maidenhead, West London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Handyperson to be based at a commercial building in Maidenhad, West London. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in commercial/property building maintenance.

He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands-on experience of the below.Duties & ResponsibilitiesCarpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furnitureLighting (Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsPainting & DecoratingPlumbing, Carpentry, Painting etcMaintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on siteEscort sub contractorsHours of workMonday to Friday 08:00am - 17:00 pm (40 hour week)RequirementsMust be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilledGood communication skillsClient FacingPlease send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions.
