Labourer

We have an excellent opportunity for a Labourer to join a well-established manufacturer on a permanent basis to work regular days with 2pm finish on Fridays, with weekly pay, ongoing training, and progression opportunities available.Our client is a leading manufacturer based in the Wakefield area; that over the last 12 months have gone through a period of growth and rapid modernisation.Labourer Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

General labouring duties including sweeping and cleaning
Usage of Overhead Crane (Advantageous but training will be given)
Using several handheld and power tools
Assisting other departments as required
Ability to maintain high housekeeping levels

Labourer experience:

Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy
Previous experience of working in an engineering environment is essential
Ensures deadlines are met whilst working under pressure

The ideal Labourer will have experience of working in an Engineering environment and can work in a fast-paced environment.What is on offer to the Labourer:

Hourly rate of £11.50 per hour
Day shift Monday to Friday
Overtime paid at an uplifted rate
Ongoing training and development
28 days Holiday (rising to 32 days with service)
