Fabric Engineer - Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey - Up to £36,000 I have a fantastic opportunities to work for a large maintenance company working in the Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey working at a corporate commercial office estate on behalf of a large property management company.

You will carry out all building fabric maintenance on an estate of commercial office buildings as part of the maintenance team working a days.

You will be required to carry out general maintenance tasks with a carpentry / fabric bias.HoursMonday to Friday 08:00 am - 17:00 pm Main Duties & Responsibilities:Basic Carpentry and plumbingPainting & DecoratingBasic lightingFixing FurnitureHanging Pictures & ShelvesMaintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on siteEmergency lighting tests & Fire alarm tests Escort sub-contractorsTo undertake basic “Fabric duties” which would include touching up paint work, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks , making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. RequirementsKnowledge of commercial building maintenanceAn understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc)Good communication skillsHealth & Safety experienceBasic PC literacy, (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, smartphone use)Ability to deliver excellent customer serviceSelf-motivation with the ability to manage tight time constraints and prioritise workloadPackageBasic Salary of up to £36,000 24 Days Annual leavePensionHealthcarePlenty of OTInternal and External Training coursesCareer progressionMy client is able to interview straight away if the right candidates are available so to avoid missing out please send your CV today to Dan Barber at CBW Staffing Solutions
