Debt Recovery Paralegal

Our client, a leading law firm with offices in the heart of Newcastle, is looking to recruit a Debt Recovery Paralegal to join their leading debt recovery and insolvency team.

The role would suit a paralegal with upwards of 1 years’ debt recovery or insolvency experience, gained within a reputable local firm.

Debt or insolvency experience is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

Supporting fee earners on a caseload relating to commercial debt recovery and insolvency work.
Drafting correspondence and legal documentation.
Negotiating settlement and payment plans.
Preparing files for litigation.
Preparing instructions to counsel and trial bundles.
Adhering to court direction and dealing with post judgment formalities.


Salary to £25,000.
Hybrid working.
