Resort Manager – Luxury Island Hotel Madagascar, AfricaMust have a strong F&B backgroundMust speak: French and English My client is looking to appoint talented Resort Manager with a strong Food & Beverage background for this stunning property on the Island of Madagascar.For this role, we need a real professional who is passionate about all aspects of the operations and delivering outstanding service.

You will have a keen eye for detail and excellence as well as being a self-starter and strong motivator of people.We need a talented individual for this role – someone who can improve on standards, train, mentor & inspire their team and much more for this beautiful hotel.The ideal candidate for this position will be very resourceful and be able to use their initiative – positive attitude and good work ethic to continue building on the success of this property.Previous experience in Africa and/or with an Island Hotel an advantage but not essential!Experience in a 4*L or 5 star luxury hotel or resort is essential though! Salary Offered: Basic € 4000 net + package (accommodation, medical insurance, etc) Interested in this great challenge?
