As the business enters a new phase of its growth, the group is looking for an experienced Finance Director to join their passionate and friendly team.

The Finance Director will be reporting to the CEO.Responsibilities
Develop and implement financial strategies to support the business objectivesOversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processesManage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and complianceProvide financial guidance to senior management on key business decisionsLead and mentor the finance teamMaintain relationships with external stakeholders
Candidate Profile
Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g.

ACA, ACCA, CIMA)Proven experience in a senior finance role within the hospitality industryDemonstrated leadership and strategic planning skillsStrong understanding of financial regulations and complianceAdvanced financial modelling and analysis skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
