ESTATE OFFICER

Service Care Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated Mobile Estate Officer - Cleaner to join our client in Sutton.

This role involves ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of external areas within the estate, contributing to the overall satisfaction and well-being of residents.Responsibilities:

Moving Furniture: Assist in the movement and arrangement of outdoor furniture and fixtures as required.
Sweeping and Mopping: Perform regular sweeping and mopping of designated areas to maintain cleanliness.
Litter Picking: Conduct routine litter picking activities to keep the estate free from debris.
Rotating Bins: Manage waste disposal by rotating bins and ensuring timely emptying.
Weeding: Identify and remove weeds from outdoor areas to enhance the appearance of the estate.
Sweeping Kerbs: Keep kerbs clean and free from debris to maintain a tidy and safe environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
Reliability and punctuality are essential qualities for this role.
Full UK Driving License.
