Currently looking for a Practice Supervisor in Children’s Services in West Yorkshire

About the team
The role will support the Management Team across Children’s Services with the aim to deliver a high quality of service to children and their families.

They require someone to assist the team manager with both support and development of their staff and their wider services.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of three years’ post qualified experience is essential for this role.

You will need to have experience in mentoring and supporting newly qualified social workers who are completing the AYSE.

The role will also require you to contribute to practice development and performance.
