Specialist Property law firm looking to recruit an experienced Secured Lending Solicitor into their Altrincham offices.

Within this Secured Lending Solicitor role, your day-to-day duties may include:

Checking purchases enquiries
Running your own complex caseload form start to finish
Quality checks
Sending purchase reports
Assist Paralegals with complex sale enquiries
Prepare Property documentation
Take part in Business Development Initiatives

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Property or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 2 years’ previous experience in a similar role or within Residential Conveyancing to establish themselves at respected legal practice for a long-term career.
The successful candidate for this Secured Lending Solicitor role will be able to manage their time effectively, is confident in their own ability and can work well as part of a team.
