Things you will be doing as a Head Pastry Chef:
Reports to the Executive Chef
Manage the pastry department.
Develop the team through leadership and coaching.
Upholding standards in line with the company specifications
Create and update the dessert menu.
Maintain the highest standards
Continuously improve the menu offerings
You will be a great fit if you have:
Must have experience in a Michelin-star-standard restaurant
Preferred experience in Asian Cuisine
Strong communication skills, both in written and spoken English
High level of attention to detail
Team management skills
Strong planning skills
