Chef de Cuisine Location: Washington, DCSalary: $90,000 - $110,000 The Client:I am working with a distinguished culinary destination, renowned for its exceptional Italian cuisine and inviting atmosphere, is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join their team.

This role presents a remarkable opportunity to lead the kitchen in a renowned dining establishment, a lot of growth opportunities, lively atmosphere, and company perks!Responsibilities:
Manage the culinary operations, ensuring guests are provided with an outstanding experienceEnsure the food is prepared, plated, and served efficiently and to the highest standardsRecruit a high performing team.

Train staff in proper cooking techniques and adherence to recipes and quality standardsEstablish appropriate staffing levels and conduct daily shift briefings with culinary team membersManage inventory, labour and food costs
Chef de Cuisine Requirements:
3+ years of kitchen management experience in a similar rolePossess a hands-on attitudeStrong financial acumen and leadership skillsGenuine passion for food and dedication to delivering exceptional dining experiences
