Building Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for building surveyors to join our client in Birmingham.

As the new Building Surveyor, you will be carrying out full RICS Level 3 surveys and homebuyer level 2 reports across the Birmingham area, on a wide range of residential properties.

Youll be working on a variety of structural and building defects and providing clear, concise, and justified conclusions.+

The successful Building Surveyor would need the following -

* A strong understanding of a wide range of structural and building defects
* Being able to prepare and presenting accurate survey reports
* Experience providing clear, concise, justified conclusions
* Confident working independently and within a team structure
* Be client-facing both verbally and through written correspondence
* A UK driving licence is required


If you are the successful Building Surveyor you will have an eye for detail and a thorough understanding of building defects, maintenance, and repairs.

This role is also predominantly home based rather than office based.

Wage - £40,000 to £58,000 Dependent on experience

* £5000 Car allowance
