This is working on a large static site in Glasgow and requires the candidate to have pervious facilities maintenance experience.

The ideal candidate will be situated in Glasgow and come from a carpentry/joiner background.

Below are all the details on this position: Hours: 08:00-17:00 Monday-Friday Key responsibilities: Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furnitureLighting (Lamping, etc)Painting & DecoratingPlumbing, Carpentry, Painting etcTap temp checks/Hanging fixturesMaintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on siteEscort sub contractors Person specification: Able to turn your hand to various dutiesWork effectively Client facing Hard working attitude Trades background preferable Driving license preferred Benefits: Salary of £32,00025 days plus bank Company pension Great career progression opportunities
