Joining a small team of 6, you will largely work with a broad client base of owner managed businesses and depending on your experience your caseload could include acquisitions and disposals, mergers and joint ventures, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts and other business agreements along with other ad hoc commercial matters.

Applications may also be considered from those with some employment experience.
Acting for both owner managed businesses and startups across a wide range of sectors, the role will require regular client contact to maintain and develop strong client relationships.
