Executive Sous Chef Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Location: New York, NYOur client is upscale steakhouse in New York City who is currently seeking a Executive Sous Chef to support its kitchen operations.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a renowned restaurant known for its exceptional cuisine and impeccable service.Responsibilities:
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency to maintain their reputation for culinary excellenceHire, train, and mentor a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff to achieve high standards of culinary skill and teamworkOversee cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment to ensure compliance with legislationAssist with managing cost controls, forecasting and inventory managementReview financial targets to ensure they are being met or exceeded
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
Proven experience in a comparable roleAbility to lead others and hold your own in a fast-paced environmentA well-rounded and creative culinary professional who can support and inspire team membersDetail orientated professional with excellent communication, organisational and time-management skillsStrong financial knowledge
