JOB DESCRIPTION

Specific Requirements:
Direct responsibility for Sales, Profit and Loss for the Region.

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Area Managers (AM's) and Territory Managers (TM's) of the Region.

Responsible for goal setting and monitoring activity of AM's and TM's.

Interacts with Business Development, Technical Service, CMG, Marketing and Administration to facilitate sales and growth in the Region.

Makes direct sales calls with other sales personnel on large impact jobs.

Trains, monitors and motivates the AM's, TM's and Project Engineers.

Responsible for the recruitment of AM's and TM's.

Submits detailed reports to VP - Sales on sales projections, impact projects, repairs and other liabilities.

Responsible for submitting hiring needs and growth projections for the Region.

Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of Sales Force Automation.

Demonstrates the ability to Lead and Organize a Team.

Strong desire to learn new skills and grow professionally.

A proven ability to manage projects.

Background Requirements:
B.S.

Degree (Engineering or Business, preferred).
