Adult's Social Worker

We are looking for a Social Worker to join a Hospital Team in West Sussex

About the team
The team works in the hospital to be able to easily access the wards to complete face to face visits however, there is also a responsibility to work with service users who have recently been discharge to make sure the right care is continued for them also.

There is also a responsibility to work in the MDT service that deals with A&E and the emergency floor.

The ability to recognise limits of your own accountability and responsibility is key to this role to ensure you get the most out of what support management can offer you.
About you
A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of two years experience is essential in order to be considered for this position.

Experience within a hospital team or fast paced assessment setting lends very well to the requirements of this role.

It is essential to work in the office 5 days a week.
What's on offer?

£38.00 per hour umbrella (PAYE payment options available also) or £35.00 per hour plus £150 weekly allowance for out of borough candidates
