Restaurant Café located in Covent Garden
Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings
An option for hybrid work

What you will be doing as a Development Chef:

Report to the owner.
Develop, mentor, and train the team through leadership and coaching.
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation in the kitchen.
Ensure the food standards are maintained.
Continually review and refresh menu offerings.
Cost control, monitoring performance in all areas of the kitchen.
Regular hygiene audits
