Team Leader

Are you a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader with experience working with vulnerable Adults?

I am looking for a Team Leader with experience working with Young Adults or Adults with either Learning Disabilities, Mental Health or Challenging Behaviours.



Do you have:

Experience of working to support vulnerable people with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge
Level 4 in Health and Social Care
Experience of CQC standards
Experience in team management, supervisions, apprasials and training (desirable)
Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
