Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies with precision and care, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps, utilizing expert techniques and high-quality products.Consult with guests to understand their individual needs, preferences, and any specific health concerns, ensuring a customized and rejuvenating experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and serene spa environment, adhering to strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.Promote spa services and packages to guests, providing recommendations and guidance based on their preferences and desired outcomes.Collaborate with other departments, such as guest services and housekeeping, to coordinate appointments, ensure seamless guest experiences, and maintain spa facilities.Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the spa industry, continuously enhancing your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.Uphold the hotel's standards of excellence in hospitality, professionalism, and guest satisfaction, embodying the spirit of Greek hospitality in every interaction.
Skills and Experience:
Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa environment, with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to provide personalized care and attention to guests.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.Fluent in English; additional languages, especially Greek, are an advantage but not mandatoryEligibility to work in Greece.
