You will be working for an independent contract caterer operating in the London market B&I market.Candidate profile:We are seeking a candidate with extensive multi-site contract catering experience, ideally in Business & Industry (B&I) but open to other sectors like education or stadia.

The ideal candidate should be driven by career progression, able to take initiative in developing and implementing operational systems and procedures.

They should demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach, while also being adaptable, innovative, and financially savvy.

This candidate should excel in collaborative environments, prioritising quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.Skills and Experience:
Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage all levels of staff.Proficient in IT in Word and Excel.Strong experience in food production, food handling, and visual presentation of the food.Good communication skills.Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.Advance knowledge of food principles and practices.
