Our client offers a multitude of opportunities for progression and skill development - often leading to promotion! You will be working as a qualified Surgical First Assistant so you must be fully qualified.The right candidate will have an NMC/HCPC pin, be qualified as a Surgical First Assistant and have experience assisting surgeons.

You should be open to take on some leadership responsibilities as you will be a higher-level practitioner who may have to help guide junior members of the team.Benefits on offer:
