Electrical Shift Engineer x 5– Continental Shift – Commercial Bank – Canary Wharf – £49,000 - £52,000 Per annumMy client is looking for multiple Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineers to be based in a commercial bank in Canary Wharf, London.
The successful candidates will be Electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
Working with the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical and fabric maintenance to the following.
In return, the company offers a competitive salary of £49,000 - £52,000 , further training and career progression.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
